Gerald Keaney and the Gerald Keaneys formed in 2005 in Brisbane. Some say Gerald has an ego problem. Faced with this criticism, Gerald considered changing the name of the band to Gerald Keaneys and Gerald Keaney, thus putting the other musicians before himself. However this never happened and the band went on to play under the current moniker. This name, like "the b sharps," is perhaps briefly and fiently amusing. In 2012 the band realised their second album, "Thru the Ages." In 2014, their third, "A Word for a World." Both are on bandcamp, cheap or free: http://geraldkeaneyandthegeraldkeaneys.bandcamp.com/album/a-word-for-a-world Catch them in Brisbane in some dodgey old pub or under a bridge. Make sure you get the name right: some folk think the band is called Nanobot and the Nanobots. It is perhaps fortunate that these people all turned into hatstands and umbrellas.
