Edit history

Ghost Notes are an instrumental band from Brisbane, Australia. Forming in 2009, they make dynamic music which owes as much to folk, jazz, noise-rock, kraut, spaghetti-western soundtracks and various strains of 'experimental' music as it does to so-called post rock. Based around flowing piano lines and elegaic trumpet, Ghost Notes are also definitively a rock band, with surging guitars and drums that swing between extremes of both volume and rigidity. Their music is constantly evolving, both within individual songs and over the course of the band's lifetime.
