Godspeed, Brotherman; are 4 highly-strung cowboys with Texan blood, raised in the municipality of Albury/Wodonga. Having initially explored country/folk as their natural meeting point, they have continued to use this sound whilst exploring composition in funk, blues, jazz, and psychedelia. AJ takes inspiration from Santana and Atreyu, Buzz from Casey Chambers and Slim Dusty. Jesse and Eric tie things together nicely with a healthy taste in funk, soul, jazz and Metallica. When the fellas aren't shooting cans off the fence you'll find them pondering the breeds and habits of various native birds. "Dear God, make me a bird. So I could fly far, far away."
