Edit history

GONZ has been working on solo and collaborative Hip Hop for over 10 years (on and off) and over that time has also performed at various venues in the South East QLD region. The lyrics are written to either express life experiences and thoughts, or basically just for fun, which can also be said for the musical elements. GONZ is also the owner/engineer at Ground Effekt Productions - a recording studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Hope you enjoy the music and please leave a comment.

GONZ is a PopRock singer/songwriter exploring sweet melodies of Latin spirit and classic rock influences with songs in English and Spanish. With a decade’s worth of material already written, 2014 saw the digital release of his first EP including songs such as “Feels Alright” and “Maybe Tomorrow”. Multiple venues, such as the Jazz Zone, Macondo, CocaColaForMe and Cocodrilo Verde, were performed in 2016. Currently immersed in pre-production for a second EP.
