GrannyFlat is a four-piece rock band, ready to explode on to the world music scene. In the bands five years together, they have shared the stage with such artists as The Original Angels, Killing Heidi, Lowrider, COG, Lior, Blue King Brown, Russell Morris, Brian Cadd, Kate Ceberano, Bondi Cigars and many more. In March 2008, GrannyFlat headlined the highly successful Adelaide based music festival called SCoRCHeRFeST that involved over 50 other local bands all performing original material. With two guitarists, a bass guitarist, a sixteen year old drummer and the eldest member having just turned nineteen, their career in the music industry has only just begun. Original material is written and performed with influences from the legendary Zeppelin and ACDC through to today’s Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and Powderfinger. Their “in your face” live gigs see audiences blown away by energetic stage performances and musical prowess far beyond their years. Live performance is what GrannyFlat is
