Recorder was Groovin8tor's first instrument, and after mastering all the nursery rhymes (at primary school), he started learning guitar with the Beatles tunes that were charting back then. Playing regularly in bands on Bass Guitar from 1969, in the early 70's he started to add Keyboards, Sax, Drums & Banjo to his band duties. After a decade of continual band work, Groovin8tor began performing full time as a soloist piano player/vocalist & one man band. This continued until 2008, when he decided to concentrate on developing his writing, recording & production skills.
