HAELWEN-SIAN singer / songwriter Born of Welsh heritage and smitten with Romany wanderlust, Haelwen-Sian is a singer/songwriter who thrives on simplicity. Her ‘bare bones’ approach to her music is a true reflection of the ‘Minstrel within’, and her unique blend of acoustic ‘Folktry’ invites a quiet curiosity and welcome alternative to the chaos that surrounds. “ … my life has been a wonderful chaotic scramble of suitcases and packing crates, destinations and detours. I find myself humming along as much to the birth of a song as to the wheels of a car on a bitumen road … and that’s just the way I like it ! ” (Haelwen-Sian 2009)
