Born in south east England, later moving the Cornwall as a child, most of the tunes were slapped together beside or on the ocean. I've always had music in my life in one way or another, from work to play. I first joined a band as the front man (The Retrobates) at the age of 19, and i've been making music since. I spent 12 years DJing around the globe widening my understanding and love for all types of the ever expanding funk that is the original sweet secretion.

Harris is the solo project of Noah Harris, an indie singer-songwriter known for his emotionally raw storytelling and genre-blurring sound that fuses indie rock, lo-fi pop, and ambient textures. Originally making his mark in Melbourne’s underground scene as frontman of the alt-rock band Fan Girl, Harris launched his solo career in 2021 with the EP OK Kombucha. His debut single “Sheena Is A Bush Doofer” earned 5-star reviews on triple j Unearthed, national airplay on triple j, and placements on key Spotify playlists including New Music Friday AU/NZ. His follow-up EP Defiantly, Maybe (2022) leaned deeper into introspection and experimentation, producing singles like “Oat Milk” and “My Girl’s Wicked Smart”, both supported by national and community radio. In 2024, Harris re-emerged with “Koyasan”, marking a shift into more bedroom indie rock territory while celebrating his UK solo debut. With “Foreign Feeling”, Harris continues to push the boundaries of his art.
