A kiwi based in Sydney, I play and sing acoustic guitar driven pop songs. Something easy to listen to on a Sunday drive. Influenced by existing acoustic artists like Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz and Damian Rice, I write melodic and vocal hooks and easy guitar lines that can be played well in a live setting. I picked up a guitar initially when I was 14, learned the basics, then blues, classical, flamenco, metal, and now working on neo-soul! My future work will have more clean electric guitar melodies (with that classic Fender Stratocaster sound) and hopefully some neo-soul bends and feeling, while staying in the Pop genre.
