Sound engineer by day and musician and DJ by night, Hauswife delivers a genre fluid sound that pays homage to electronic music’s heritage whilst imprinting her own unique personality. Her releases take on a natural feel for the warmth and moodiness of lofi and Chicago house, characterised by diverse influences from her background in playing classical and jazz piano. Hauswife’s palate constantly evolves with an open minded music philosophy, seeing her play anywhere between 125-140bpm. No two Hauswife sets sound alike but one thing remains consistent: absolute groove.
