Originally from Scotland, Haz.’s first musical experiments began in the early 1990’s with an old Atari computer and vintage synths. From the outset, his music has been characterized by a strong melodic sense and emotional pull, combined with galloping rhythms and hypnotic arrangements. After emigrating to Australia in 2003, Haz. incorporated the ambient sounds of his new seaside surroundings, and those of New Zealand, into his music. Bird song, lapping waves and crackling bonfires can be heard buried deep in the mix. Around this time Haz. began moving away from a synthesized, programmed sound and began to include real instruments such as the acoustic and electric guitar and vocal harmonies, creating a multilayered, textured psychedelic sound. Haz. later introduced lyrics into some of his work, again drawing inspiration from the natural world around him.

Haz is a school-teacher by day and producer by night. He released his debut EP, 'Vibes' in 2016. It weaved exotics samples from Africa and Asia into contemporary hip-hop and EDM music. In 2017, Haz dropped his Jungle Beats EP; a tropical explosion of Brazilian drums, heavy trap bass-lines and Afro-house samples. I am an 18-year-old independentant artist from Sydney, Australia. I'm a young artist that's been writing music since 15 years old. My debut single Feel The Same was just released and it is my first official drop, following up various one take freestyles recorded and uploaded on my various social media platforms that gained reasonable traction for the brief time periods they were publicised. I've gradually improved my own signature sound and Feel The Same demonstrates a more unique sound profile compared to whats coming out of the underground scene right now.

Hassan Nassar (born 14 February 1988) Better known mononymously as HAZ is a Singer, Rapper & songwriter. He has Been writing music since he was 15 years old. He is born and raised in Sweden (Malmo) till he was 19 as he then moved down to Australia (Melbourne) where his mother lives and to start a new life. He has recorded over 93 songs including unreleased tracks. Songs like "Heartstop", "Say Goodbye", "Make Love" went viral back in 2008 - 2010 and hit over a half million downloads on Rnb4u which is the biggest rnb and hip hop download site on the net. He just working on an album "Words From The Heart" which will be out this year. Just finished shooting his music video for his new single "I Hate The Way" which will be uploaded anytime soon!.
