Heidi's creative practice is based on an exploration and intermingling of traditional and non-traditional sound sources. “I don’t think Heidi Harris records songs. I think she creates ecosystems masquerading as songs. This is a truly important artist. There’s a strange twist to everything she does. Light/dark, fragile/hard. You think it’s this? It’s never really this.” -Anthony Lewis
