Heli is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who is based in Brisbane, Australia. The development of her unique style is the result of a lifetime of musical influences. Commencing from the humble beginnings of the all girl grunge band ‘Fuzzbabes’, then continuing to the grunge girls ‘Gravelrash’ (who supported American band Courtney Love and ‘Hole’ on their Australian national tour). Heli then played Latin Jazz plus numerous solo acoustic performances. The most recent musical creative project for Heli is with indie/alternate band ‘Helical Sun’, plus playing an acoustic duo set with Cal Crilly (of Alien Virus and Acid World fame). Heli has also collaberated with various Brisbane artists with recording projects. Heli’s music provides a combination of reverb guitar effects, ambient vocals with a rhythmic undercurrent that bears testament to elements of 1960s garage sounds fused with gothic influences. "Someone Else's Destiny" was recorded at Borough Studios: Clayfield, Brisbane, Australia,
