Created entirely in his "home studio" all Hellsinger songs are written on an acoustic guitar then go through a transformation during the recording process, which can take as long as a day or a year to complete. After spending nearly two years half writing, half recording, constantly re-arranging and scrapping songs, Chris knuckled down in mid 2012 to finish a number of songs which would go on to be the 'Helsinger' EP. The music is equally inspired by Nirvana as it is the Wu Tang Clan. Equally inspired by Andy Warhol as it is Francis Bacon . And equally inspired by sunshine as it is the dark night. Helsinger is a mixed bag and as such it's expected to be hated as much as liked, and vice versa. The only thing Helsinger doesn't want to be is ignored.
