"The sun is shining and the waves are crashing down around me, I grab my girl and we run toward the shady trees." It sounds like a scene from a day dream, but it really is the place that Melbourne four piece, "Hey! Santiago" are going to take you After years of surfing the Melbourne music scene in different acts, the members of Hey! Santiago have all caught the same rolling wave that has brought them to your ears, with feelings of a cold beer, a stolen kiss and the warm sounds of dreamy guitar and melodies. Hey! Santiago are going to change your thoughts on shoe gazing, where instead of melting into the ground, you send your sights to the stars and float towards the midnight clouds. UPCOMING SHOWS: June 14 - The Rochester Castle - Fitzroy VIC June 15 - Plenty of Noise House Party - Preston VIC July 18 - The Bendigo Hotel - Collingwood VIC July 20 - The Public Bar - North Melbourne VIC
