Edit history

We used to be in a band together (called Aquajezus) but lost contact with each other after that ended. During the covid pandemic we reunited and began to write songs together again. The result is our debut self titled album - History of Humans Volume One. It is a collection of seven songs coming in at 25 minutes long. Short but sweet. Built primarily around analogue electronic instruments and studio gear, with the occasional guitar, the songs are our attempt to write concise, classic pop structures, with lots of hooks and memorable melodies. The fact we probably failed miserably doesn't matter. The craft of songwriting is something that we will always be in awe of and always be students of. This bunch of tracks is a good representation of where we are headed. They are mostly upbeat, some might be dance floor friendly, others are more cerebral or a combination of both. There is a definite sense of humor throughout. Real music, by real (weird/quirky) people. Thank you.
