Hold On Kid are a Pop/Rock band from the small town of Adelaide. After starting in mid 2008, Hold On Kid worked hard writing material for the up coming Demo "Just For The Record", out in mid September 2008, and since then have been organising gigs across adelaide. Being a five piece band, Hold On Kid are a blend of Pop, with their attractive lyrical presence, and Powerpop, with the Synth riffs and joint lead vocals and also rock with catchy guitar work and bass lines. Mostly sounding similar to bands such as Forever The Sickest Kids & All Time Low, Hold On Kid incorperate electronica sounding beats to add the small difference to some other Pop/Rock bands. As 2009 draws near, Hold On Kid are in for an Enormous year of gigs and are currently recording their second Demo. be sure to pick it up at a show soon around March/April
