Sydney based indie-pop trio Hollow states is a collaboration between singer-songwriter Huck Hastings and brothers Joel and Hayden Woolf.  Hollow States return with their powerful new single Who Knows What a Man Is? Continuing their fruitful collaboration with producer Andy Bull, Who Knows What a Man Is? sees the band stretching their sonic palette and expanding upon the themes of their previous singles I’ll Leave, and If I Ever Get an Answer. Opening with a darkness that gradually gives way to pop euphoria, Who Knows What a Man Is? questions and subverts traditional notions of masculinity, showcasing Hollow States’ trademark melodic flair and lyrical depth, alongside Hastings’ commanding yet fragile vocals.
