Holy Pablito Batman! We’re pretty sure they were the words of that sexually ambiguous boy wonder when he heard the debut album of Holy Pablito. Not since his heyday as a spandex clad, outside underpanted wearing band-mole frequenting the pubs of Melbourne suburbia, checking out soon to be Australian icons AC/DC, The Angels, and Rose Tattoo, had our weird little masked crusader heard such a fresh take on pub rock. And at the root of it that’s what it is: Formed in 2012 Melbourne’s spiritual home of rock, St Kilda, it's 2 guitars, 1 bass, 4 drums and some damn fine vocals taking in and spitting out all that is good in guitar rock from the 60’s and onwards.
