Formed in Sydney in 2013, Holy Shakers are a three piece indie rock outfit with a mature, dynamic sound and heartfelt lyrics which belie their short time together. They're set to launch their debut album Are You Satisfied? at Sydney's Spectrum on October 24. Richie fronts the trio with a powerful voice capable of oscillating between an intimate whisper and a room-rattling howl. Switching guitar and bass duties, Zino and Richie lay down beds that shimmer one minute and crunch the next over the pummelling of Steve's drums. Holy Shakers have a perfect balance of elegance and grit, demonstrated through their diverse range of material - from moving ballads through to short, sharp rock tunes to get your feet stamping. These boys have song writing skills to challenge the masters and the chops to pull it off. Are You Satisfied? is currently streaming on the Holy Shakers Soundcloud page. All tracks are enabled to embed including debut single All the Party Goers.
