Drawing together influences from folk, bluegrass, country and blues, Honey & Knives craft compelling, raw original music informed by love, loss, redemption and resignation. Driven by the intricate, soaring vocal harmonies of front-women Toke and Jacquie, Honey and Knives compel you to listen closely. Toke sets the pace and tone on ukulele and Jacquie delivers atmospheric, captivating violin breaks. Adding texture and rhythm to the mix is the multi-instrumentalist Steve on banjo, mandolin and oil can slide and Aaron on steel string guitar and slide. Honey & Knives perform with passion, drawing a crowd and sharing their music with those who care to listen. The band has just finished their debut album ‘You Don’t Make The Rules’ and is available now at www.honeyandknives.com
