Sydney based five piece band with not a care in the world for trends or the "in thing". Straight forward heavy riffs in A-sharp, plenty of double kicks, breakdowns and a cheeky solo here and there, Hope In Vein make heavy music return to it's roots. Established in early 2015, Hope In Vein would congregate on occasion to play really loud and obnoxious music in guitarist Chris' living room with complete disregard for what his neighbours (also landlords) thought. After months turning said living room into a rehearsal studio, the dapper fellas decided it was time to move the tunes to a bigger rehearsal space and ultimately on a platform that could be viewed by everyone. Now, in 2016, with a couple of new blokes joining the team, Hope In Vein want to make this year huge. They have just released their debut single 'Prisoner' and within 48 hours shot up to the top 10 Australian Metal Charts on iTunes. For listeners of Architects, Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, Avenged Sevenfold and Cher.
