Horsetech is a new diverse rock act, playing dynamic and intricate pieces exploring a range of different genres. Making use of traditional rock instruments and atmospheric electronic samples, this tight 3-piece move easily from riffy, masterly-crafted chops to ‘ol’-skool’ funk to jazz to metal and back again and often delves into ethnic rhythms picked up from travels through Africa and beyond. The band’s originality and uniqueness comes from the skill and creativity of its individual members. They thrive on the jam, and will often create a whole set from nothing, just flowing with each member’s idea as they try them out.
