Hotel on Mayfair is a fresh new addition to the ever-growing alternative rock-scene of Melbourne, and it's about time. Guitar based and strident, with powerful, catchy songs and a unique sound, Hotel on Mayfair is a sure fire head-turner. Singer/guitarist Hannah Shomali and lead guitarist Liam Sharpe started the adventure back in 2009, with James Williams later joining on bass. Making the move from Northern NSW to Victoria in 2011, they were followed shortly after by drummer Nathan Winn and since then have been playing local venues with an enthusiastic response. With their debut album "Remote Control" well on the way, the four young musicians that are Hotel on Mayfair are ready to make their mark on Melbourne's live music scene.
