Punk band frontman Nick Humblét emerges in the newly appointed leading hand position in Australiana’s country music doing his time out of the dark dingy pubs of South-East Queensland. Built like a brick shithouse nick shines with a vocal range to match music icons like Johnny Cash and John Williamson, and a throw of humour to match comedian Jack Black or skits funny man Russell Coight Always dressed in black, old mate Nicko’s got a unique songwriting take, a tradies approach to his one man one guitar scope of works, making him the bushtalking storytelling spectacle with rhythmical comical lyrics, but just when you’ve heard it all bang! he spins the show playing old time weepers that will just near break your heart. His words are sharp like a razor blade and his voice wild like a cut snake, revealing messages from nicks journey in love & struggle, loss and redemption. He pretty much makes ya proud to be an Aussie. Tools down
