Piggybacking off their summer single “Rattle Kids”, the kids are back with their tenacious new track
“Purple & Green”. Harnessing their romance of nostalgia and pop grit, “Purple & Green” welcomes you into the confession box inside lead singer, Ana Veira’s, headspace. The song throws up her daily questioning of sanity coupled with the unfolding balancing act between emotions and convictions, channelled into a snappy cathartic admission that things don’t have to make sense yet. HURST grew up in deep burbs of Sydney and is cool with that.
