Hysterias Canvas was started in May 2007 with the aspiration of simply trying to bring something different to the cluttered hardcore/metal scene of Australia. In this day and age heavy music has become more a trend than an art. Hysterias Canvas attempt to use their creative flair that is often forgotten in making heavy music. Although having only been together for 3 months, HC have already started turning heads all over North Queensland, including shows in Cairns, Townsville and Mackay. Having recently released a self recorded 4 track demo which seems to be selling at a rapid rate. HC are winning fans over every time they step on stage with a live show that is full of raw emotion, energy and entertainment. It is unsure what lies ahead for Hysterias Canvas, but big things are quickly being contemplated for this young band from Townsville, North Queensland.
