Let us introduce you to Illusion, Illusion was formed from 2 producers that joined forces to bring something brand new to the music industry. Ultimately what sets them apart is their ability to experiment with their production and introduce the use of acoustic instruments into their music. Illusion have played at many well known venues such as Home Sydney, Mode nightclub (Tassie), Inferno Nightclub, Stockies (QLD) and many other venues on the east coast. They have supported and played along side the likes of Will Sparks, Carmada, Slice & Dice, Kuren plus many more. The boys impressed with there debut release "Run" on Hussle Recordings. Which hit many charts like "Spotify Viral Top 50", The Australian Sound (Spotify) plus getting in the top 5 dance tracks on Triple J Unearthed as well as being in the top 50 overall. Not to mention "Run" has also been added in rotation on 92.7 Fresh Fm and Triple J itself. Keep an eye out for there next release on NCS.

Illusion was formed in 1998 as a songwriting partnership, both members being students at Melbourne University. Nick Burgers (who hails from Pakenham) and Martin Mankowski (who hails from Altona Meadows) had both been honing their craft solo for many years, and so the time was right to team up and get serious. Deciding to abandon live instruments in favour of the more flexible and exciting world of computer aided production, Illusion have written and recorded material in various genres, splicing rock, pop and melody with some unusual results. Illusion hope to spend the next few months beginning to put an album together, just waiting for Triple J to unearth them and expose them to the world!
