Hailing from Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, Deathcore heavyweights In Vanity came out swinging in 2019 with their debut EP Nodus Tollens. In 2021, they return with their sophomore EP, Idenity, a contemplative and punishing listening experience that begs the question; Who am I? Tackling themes such as assault, homophobia, conversion therapy, grief, and mental illness, In Vanity are never one to shy away from the hard questions and offer up a cathartic soundscape where listeners can get lost in themselves and feel what needs to be felt.
