Edit history

Hailing from Victoria, Infektion formed in December 2008 as Lords of Chaos. After about 10 months of rehearsing, recording and playing live, the three piece decided to change their name and take a more serious direction with the band. In October 2009 the name was changed to INFEKTION as they felt this captured the essence of their music and also related to their beliefs on organized religion. Infektion is an extreme metal band from Bendigo Victoria and hold a wide range of musical influences that have inspired them to be as original as they can be with their songwriting. Infektion do not believe in following music scenes and will always stay true to themselves. Infektion is currently in the process of recording their first official demos to distribute at future gigs and are also looking for session guitarists to play with them live!
