Born in London, UK before moving down to Australia, Inimata spent most of his formative years growing up in Newcastle. Coming up as an outsider in a music scene forgotten by mankind, Ini staked his claim as one of the most unique artists in his area alongside a number of other up and comers. Playing alongside both Novacastrian darlings and touring acts, Ini spent time developing as a producer, songwriter and performer since he first clawed his way to the edge of the limelight. Ini’s concoction of humour, rage and ambition is explosively engaging and expressive to the ear.
