Northern Rivers solo artist, ‘Interphase’, is making waves with his blend of neopsychedelic pop. He makes use of reverb drenched synth melodies, hard-hitting basslines and takes inspiration from artists such as Tame Impala, Pond, Beach House and MGMT. As a biochemist turned bedroom producer, the lyrics of his upcoming singles focus on taking the road less travelled and the pain and uncertainty that comes with leaving stability to reach for something new. His singles feature phased vintage synths, bright arpeggios, punchy drums and lyrics focused on overcoming self-doubt and the need to find happiness outside ourselves.
