Tucked away behind the Inkerman Hotel in Melbourne lies a converted warehouse. A mothership, if you will, where six piece group Interstellar Gator gather to study the tunes of Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles, Mac DeMarco, and The Black Keys. Interstellar Gator stake their claim to a spacey rendition of hazy, flanger-pedalled indie rock, mixing sweet melodies and distorted kick-you-in-the-face guitar riffs. Their self-titled album is dropping in August 2022 and is set to be out of this world.
