Formed in 2004, iSolation is the brain child of Mick O’Hara (drums) & Ronny Viero (bass). Collaborators on many successful cover and originals projects over the years, iSolation was an Originals project that they struggled to gain traction with. Successive line up changes & frustration with searches for competent replacements, interspersed with success of their own in a number of Cover & Tribute bands, reluctantly forced them to relegate the “original project” to the back burner several times over the years. Fast forward to January 2013, following an 18 month hiatus; they decide to have one last crack at reforming the band. They advertise extensively & are successful in attracting keyboard whiz, Stef Koumouris, followed closely by guitar virtuoso, Wayne Elkin. Like Mick & Ronny, Stef & Wayne are hardened veterans of countless Covers & Originals projects. The next task is to find a competent vocalist, capable of handling the demanding material.
