Ivy-Jane Browne is a singer, songwriter, and producer from Sydney’s inner-west. Born to musician parents, she grew up on the sound of Joni Mitchell, David Bowie, and Gillian Welch. She draws inspiration from poets such as T.S. Eliot, Charles Bukowski, and Leonard Cohen and artists such as Banks, Lorde, and Phoebe Bridgers. Abundantly personal and vulnerable, her music explores the grisly aspects of human connection in a sparkly pop context.
