The collective efforts of two musicians from regional Victoria. Izzy The Black is fuelled by raunchy, bluesy riffs combined with lashings of psychedelic tones, progressive arrangements and gritty yet elastic vocal deliveries. Izzy The Black sounds like the working class, industrial valley that it was born from. Influences like Tom Waits, Muddy Waters, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Led Zeppelin have helped shape this duo into a free thinking, well oiled blues machine.
