J3llis is an independent alternative Hip-Hop/R&B artist from Melbourne (Naarm). Obsessed with music from a young age, J3llis began to learn music production, solidifying his interest by the age of 15. Since then he has continued to develop his skills, releasing a series of instrumentals between the years of 2020-2023 showcasing a variety of genres and influences. Taking inspiration from everywhere, including Brockhampton, Jpegmafia, Mac Miller, Pete Rock, Kali Uchis, Oliver Tree and many many more. 2025 saw J3llis take a new approach to his music, debuting the first work with his own vocals, produced, mixed and mastered on his own. Still finding his footing, the project was another demonstration of his genre morphing sound with a more refined and clear direction. J3llis is slowly but surely developing his sound and finding his place in a highly saturated industry, with future plans to collaborate with other musicians and work with the industry's best.
