Bringing the sound of mainstream pop and the chaos of old-school rock together, 23-year-old singer and songwriter Jack Lance is a self-proclaimed “wannabe rockstar”. Drawing inspiration from acclaimed rockers of the past such as Michael Hutchence and Jim Morrison, Jack masterfully blends abrasive yet intricate guitar work with his sugary-sweet vocals to produce a sexy and slick sound that grabs listeners and demands their attention. “I want my music to have the ear-worm effect of mainstream pop, but I also want people to absolutely rock out to these songs, it’s a duality that I find so interesting to write and every project is incredibly fun with that goal in mind.” Hailing from Western Sydney, Jack Lance is a powerhouse to keep your eyes on.
