As a young African male growing up in the suburb of Bankstown, Jaecy aka John Charles was always surrounded by a majority of Middle Eastern / Polynesian kids who predominantly listened to artists coming out of the United Kingdom. Over the years, he started to find that UK music was more and more relatable to situations and circumstances that he was being surrounded or involved in. Prior coming under 'The Area Movement' umbrella, Jaecy has made music with some of Sydney's finest such as Hooligan Hefs, Open Till L8, Pistol Pete & Enzo and will be coming in hot this summer with tracks beside Lil Spacely, Delawou, Klapback, Sollyy and many more. As a 19 year old Afro Austrlian artist, Jaecy will be looking to make a big impact for the city of Sydney through his versatility behind the mic and give listeners a true experience / journey through his sound.
