Jahon is an indie/folk singer-songwriter raised in California. Currently residing in Western Australia, Jahon was recently asked to join independent country musician Jonny Taylor on his National Winter Tour 2015 playing session drums. Jahon recorded and produced his self-titled debut E.P. which he released mid-2014. His second E.P., ‘Paradise’, produced by the award-winning Al Smith of Bergerk! Studios, is due for release late 2015. ‘Paradise’ is a solid six-track E.P. featuring a range of upbeat acoustic grooves, set alongside flamboyant drumming and three-part harmonies. Its title track is a toe-tapping earworm that will strike the listener with its dissonant bridge and powerful harmony breakdown. With acoustic and electric guitar, kit drums, bongo, cajon, piano, bass, charango, banjo, and ukulele under his belt, Jahon’s ever-expanding instrumental proficiency proves his prowess as a young musician.
