Travelling around the world during his childhood and teenage years, Jamie has been brought up seeing a multitude of different cultures and hearing a range of different styles of music. After settling down in the city of Perth (Australia) at the age of 10, he began studying the practical and theoretical side of music through numerous courses. Jamie was taught how to play a number of musical instruments during this period and performed in two orchestras until he was 17. Jamie was introduced to the world of alternative music through the sounds of Radiohead and The Smashing Pumpkins very early in life. This opened his eyes to a new life of music. He began making his own music when he turned 18, starting off with neurofunk influenced drum & bass which then evolved in to rave influenced tear out dubstep. Always exploring for new music that went against the grain, Jamie stumbled across the sounds of DBridge and ASC. Never before had he heard such amazing experimental drum & bass. This
