Jamie Rose has carved out a quietly distinctive path, blending coastal folk with modern R&B in a way that feels both intimate and transportive. Raised along Australia’s East Coast, her sound soaks slow jams in salt water with a deeply personal approach to storytelling. Her breakout track Agnes Water, recorded entirely on her iPhone, marked an early turning point—connecting with listeners in an unfiltered way and going on to find placements across film and television, including After the Wedding starring Julianne Moore and Work in Progress, produced by The Wachowski's. Alongside her solo work, Jamie is also one half of the electronic DJ duo, Rose Motion, whose releases have reached the Beatport charts and landed on labels including Toolroom Records and Night Bass. The project has performed on international stages including Rifflandia Music Festival and Escapade Music Festival.
