My name is Jarrod Costello and I'm an 18 year old producer from Brisbane - currently in year 12. I have been involved in music since I was 8 years old, picking up guitar and drums as my main instruments, along with a bit percussion, cello, double bass and piano along the way. Most of my life I've been heavily into rock music - listening to anything from iconic 80's bands such as Bon Jovi and Guns n Roses to more modern aussie bands such as Lime Cordiale and King Gizzard. The past year and half however I have moved more towards electronic dance music. Originally it was artists like Deadmau5 and Armin Van Buuren which got me hooked on the genre, but more recently my favourite artists include Tchami, Oliver Heldens, Flume and Avicii. Naturally after getting heavily involved in the genre I began producing it, and after a while it became an more or less of an obsession.
