Monsieur Staley, as he insists upon being addressed, physically manipulates guitars and computers to electronically provide the digital resources for audio speakers to reverberate airwaves in a manner designed to activate human aural receptors. Narcotized acoustic guitar euphonics accompany hauntingly prescient cello backgrounds in some of these instrumental miscellany, while quasi-grunge riffs and upright bass meshed with brutally pummeled counterfeit percussion are the norm in others... sometimes.
