Distrosub
Local Melbourne band doing a blend of hip hop, rock and funk. Formerly know as The Keiths we changed our band name at the end of 2014. Since, we have released our EP as Jaya in May 2015. We have been on the local scene for a few years and been lucky enough to step foot into and play many of the great live music venues in and around Melbourne. A unique and formidable sound, funk grooves, introspective hip hop and progressive soundscapes. One moment you bop your head or dance around, another moment you get lost in the swirl of the journey the song takes before coming back into the beat. Jaya boils up a soup of mixed musical styles, pour it out and see what happens. The result is brought to our energetic live shows.
