“Tin Dog Road” is the 3rd album from shearer/musician Jeff “Gibbo” Gibson. Gibbo was born and raised in the remote farming community of Managantang. “Tin Dog Road” is his superb collection of memories, anecdotes, and tales of life from the back roads and towns of Western Victoria. From cool rootsy rockin' soul songs to tear jerking ballads, with honest and humorous lyrics put so splendidly as only Gibbo can, “Tin Dog Road” won BEST ALBUM and BEST SONG (“Good to Know”) at the 2016 Australian Roots Music Awards (ARMA). “Tin Dog Road” was produced by Queen of country soul - Suzannah Espie, and recorded by the masterful Jeff Lang at his Enclave Recording Studios in Melbourne. The album features the cream of Melbourne folk/ roots musicians: Peter Baylor on guitar
