JENERAL ‘Jral’ is an emerging solo Hip Hop artist originating from the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. The well rounded wordsmith has a smooth distinctive style, versatile in delivery. In one track he'll deliver hard hitting funk, the next it could be slow flow Sunday rhyming and a touch of no bullshit, heart on the sleeve reality raps. Jral’s passion for writing lyrics was cultivated through the discipline of a primary school teacher who encouraged him to enter his writing in short story competitions. Often the class clown, he would be pulled out of normal class and told to focus on his creative outlet, coming up with various poems and narratives which he crafted into rhyming short stories. After finishing high school Jral pursed his love for music by purchasing a drum machine and rapping his stories over the beats he produced. It was in these moments his love for Hip Hop was born. Jral went on to form the group Co4Sure with two of his best mates. Co4Sure saw some solid success
