jeorjeo54 is the musical moniker of Sydney-based songwriter and producer George Galanis, creating emotionally driven pop music. Heartbreak, reflection, human connection and those moments when vulnerability turns into strength sit at the heart of his songwriting. Whether creating dance-pop or something more introspective, the aim is the same: music that makes you feel something and lingers long after the final note has faded. George takes each song from his own lyrics and melodic compositions through production and the final mix, collaborating with hand-selected session singers and musicians from around the world to produce music with a deliberately hands-on approach that combines real human performance with polished production. His ethos is simple: no prompts, just real human music. His debut, Burning Desire, brought together LA singer Jasmine Soto, Ukrainian saxophonist Mykola Neruk and Mexican musician Iván Reyes - an international collaboration led and produced from Sydney, built around traditional songwriting and real human performance. This collaboration has continued with his second release, Plaything.
