Jeremiah and the Charles Darwin Band are a fully committed, self generated, young and energetic band, playing at every opportunity and currently touring the east coast. With the release of their self funded/self titled album, the road has become a better place, with cd sales up and supporters growing fast. Jeremiah has been refining his performing and songwriting skills for 13 years and combines with the skills of fully jazz trained drummer Tristan Barton and the incredible bass of Lee Stout. This energetic three piece are often joined by an old friend Prasthan and the ambience of his flute. The group has an infectious and humble nature on and off stage, exerting a huge energy that has been compared to the greats of Australian music. With ballads, high energy instrumentals, and songs of the australian people they impress, relate and connect with everyone!!
