At just 21, JesseMelancholy is redefining what it means to be a genre-bending artist. Known for creating emotionally rich soundscapes, his music blends raw vulnerability with experimental production, exploring themes like mental health, identity, and the complexities of human connection. Each track pulls listeners into his world — one built on introspection, sonic innovation, and unfiltered honesty. He launched into 2025 with Kiss The Sky — a bold fusion of Alternative and Hyperpop that captures the feeling of coming back to life after darkness. Off the back of its release, Jesse headlined shows in Adelaide and Melbourne, and made his festival debut on the NSS Academy Stage at WOMADelaide 2025. His second EP, Bending Over Backwards, is set to drop later this year, promising to push his sound even further while continuing to peel back the layers of his inner world.
